Renting a motorbike in Thailand costs 150-400 baht per day, depending on the model, the newness of the motorbike and the specific agency you rent from. Some agencies have minimum rental periods of 2 or 3 days. In most places, the longer the rental period, the cheaper the charge for each day: rentals are usually for a day, a week, two weeks, three weeks, and a month. In some places, when paying for several months in advance, discounts are also provided.
The deposit for renting a motorcycle in Pattaya can be from 0 to several thousand baht. The deposit is returned after you return the motorbike.
You will always be asked for an international passport. Some agencies check the validity of the visa, some do not. Some places may ask you to show your international driver's license, some may not. In some places, this is an option, on which the size of the deposit depends.
As a general rule, a passport is not taken as a deposit, but I know of such cases even in 2022, at least in other cities in Thailand.
In some agencies you can order the delivery of a motorbike to your place of residence.
Most of all motobikes for rent are in Central Pattaya, on Beach Rd, 2nd Rd and Soi Buakhao – in general, in the places of the greatest concentration of tourists.
Traffic in Thailand is very heavy. If you feel insecure in driving a motorbike, then do not try to imitate the locals. Be very careful, observe the speed limit.

Motorcycle rental shop located on Sukhumvit Road near the intersection with North Pattaya Road.
If you are driving along North Pattaya Road, then at the intersection with Sukhumvit Road you will need to turn right, and then take a U-turn to get into the oncoming lane, where Zoride Motorbike Rental is located. It is more convenient to move from Pattaya Central along Sukhumvit Road towards North Pattaya Road, Zoride Motorbike Rental will be along the road on your side of traffic, just before the intersection with North Pattaya Road.

A.S Motorbike For Rent
It is currently a small motorcycle rental agency, I saw literally a couple of motorcycles there.
When driving along Na Kluea street, you need to turn onto Soi 16. Please note that there are several streets 16/1, 16/2, 16/3. To find “A.S Motorbike For Rent” you need to turn onto Soi 16 at the intersection with traffic lights.

2. Where to rent motorbikes in Central Pattaya
Nong Motorbike For Rent
At the end of Central Pattaya Rd, almost at its intersection with Beach Road, there are several groups of motorcycles with a “For rent” sign. I don't know if it's one agency or several.
If you are moving along Central Pattaya Rd towards the sea, then right in front of the sea on the left side you will see these motorcycles for rent.

Take it Easy Car & Bike Rental
A car and motorcycle rental shop located between 2nd Road and Soi Buakhao, close to Central Festival. If you drive along 2nd Road (one-way street), then between Soi 8 (left) and Soi 7 (right) there will be a turn to the right, this is the bifurcating Soi New Pl. When driving along it towards Soi Buakhao, in the place where two lanes of the street merge into one, you will see Take it Easy Car & Bike Rental on the left side.
In fact, it is not so easy to see a car and motorbike rental salon (I have been there dozens of times and did not see it until I specifically started looking), because this place is overflowing with bars and their hospitable inhabitants.

Motorbike for Rent, Beach Road, next to Lovely Corner
Almost immediately after the turn from Central Pattaya Rd to Beach Rd, on the road in front of the Lovely Corner bar, next to Pattaya 7 Alley, there are motorcycles with the “For rent” sign.
I first saw them in October 2022, previously there was a parking lot and a taxi stand.
There are quite a few motorcycles.

Requirements for tenants and their documents.
- To rent a motorcycle, you must have a passport with a valid visa. (You provide the original document, and only copies remain in the office).
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
Rent
- You will pay the cost of renting a motorbike in cash, at the office, when concluding a rental agreement.
- When signing a motorbike rental agreement, you must have a passport and a deposit of 2,000 baht, and if you apply again or if you have an international driving license of category A (motorcycle), a deposit of 1,000 baht. When renting sports motorcycles with a volume of more than 300 cc, a passport or $500 deposit is taken as a deposit. The cost of renting a motorbike depends on the number of days. The more days, the cheaper the rental price. When paying for 2 months or more, a special price applies, and a deposit of 1000 baht.
- If the motorcycle is returned before the deadline specified in the rental agreement, the amount of money for unused rental days is not refundable.
- If you return the motorcycle later than the time specified in the contract without prior agreement, you will pay a fine in the amount of the daily rent for each day.
