In this note, I have collected all the gyms in Pattaya that are open as of 2022. I visited and found out the cost both for a separate lesson and for subscriptions for a month, a year and other periods.

I have collected all the working gyms in Pattaya on one map to make it easier for you to choose the one closest to you or the most suitable for the price or other criteria.

1. Gyms in Central and South Pattaya

1. Coco Fitness

This is the largest gym in Pattaya. It is located in the Mikes's Mall on Beach Road, that is, on the seashore not far from the Central Festival.

The gym room consists of several rooms and occupies 1000 square meters!

This gym has the largest selection of equipment for sports training.

There is a sauna.

From the windows of the gym opens a stunning view of the sea!

Open daily from 7 AM to 9 PM.

Air conditioning is on from 10.30 AM to 7 PM.

There is a ring for sparring in boxing and kickboxing.

Located in Avenue Pattaya, between Pattaya Second Road and Soi Buakhao, close to Central Festival.

The area of gyms exceeds 2000 square meters.

Sun Fitness

My wife joked that if there is a Sun Fitness, then there should be a Sin Fitness, this is the one you go to if you ate something in the evening and feel very guilty))))

Previously, this place was located Tony's Gym. If you've been to this gym, a lot has changed since then. The gym is air conditioned now. The training equipment has been updated and it has become more.

This gym is located on Soi Buakhao, not far from the Central Festival.

Work schedule:

• Saturday and Sunday: 9 AM to 10 PM

Another large and fairly well-equipped gym is located on Pattaya Klang Road (Central Pattaya Street) near Sukhumvit Road.

The gym area is quite large, but it is poorly equipped.

Another gym on Phra Tam Nak mountain.

This gym is not for animals, as the name might suggest. Well, or for those who are more human after all…

The gym is fenced off from the street with an iron mesh, that is, it is, as it were, located in the open air, without walls. At the same time, at the entrance, visitors are greeted by a statue of a lion. Apparently, that's why it's called “ZOO”.

This gym is well equipped.

Muscle Factory

Large gym in the depths of Pratumnak, close to the sea.

The gym is very large and well equipped.

The gym has a large lounge and a sports bar where you can purchase cooling drinks and protein meals and shakes.

The gym is really big with a lot of gym equipment and a moderate amount of people.

This is an outdoor gym, no air conditioning.

Their collection of dumbbells is impressive.

We are moving to Jomtien.

Jomtien Fitness Pattaya is not a very large gym. Located at the very beginning of Jomtien.
